Regardless of all the warning signs around us, humankind continues to destroy earth’s resources. It feels like we don’t care about tomorrow as long as our decisions benefits today. «Don‘t look up» is also a story about how our longing for personal glory can destroy our relations to others and the outside world.
lyrics
There's a time
Time to self-evaluate the things we've done
We have time
Time to make things right and to get up again
Warning signs
Screaming out the fact that we're the ones to blame
Draw the line
Listen to the voices deep inside your brain
When the trees fall
Will you come for me
I suggest you look out for yourself
You can scream all you want but
No one's listening anyway
There's no facts
Everyone's entitled to a breakaway
When the trees fall
Will you call
For someone to come
I suggest you look out for yourself
There's a fire raging storm
Building larger than life
Don't look up you might understand why
When the trees fall
Will you call
For someone to come
I suggest you look out for yourself
There's a fire raging storm
Building larger than life
Don't look up then you might understand
Why the trees fall
Why we call for someone to come
Will you come
Abstract Illusion achieve to create an imaginary landscape that magnets to our metallic soul. An extraordinary rounded album that will continue spinning for a long period. josich
A second EP from this trio, who do not feature guitar in their instrumentation. Despite that, it is a very satisfying progressive rock outfit, which veers into pop territory at times. The layered vocals are the pivot from which the drummer and both keyboardists turn. There is some violin, viola, and cello, adding to the density of the production, which maintains a delicacy, even in the heaviest parts Nickie Harte Kelly
AMAZING album from start to finish. An emotional journey that grabs you by the nape of the neck and never lets go. I happened upon this album from nowhere, and I'm so thankful that I was brought into their universe. A mixture of several different musical genres - early 1990s alt rock, pop, funk, intricate prog rock, black metal, folk... the result is nothing short of breathtaking. A superb album by a wonderfully creative band. Thank you for existing. wymanchoyphotography666
